Quikwater Maintenance and Support TAK Technology fully supports the software we provide. Our specially trained staff is available 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday, (excluding most federal holidays), Mountain Standard Time. QuikWater maintenance provides quarterly updates and covers all enhancements incorporated into the program. A toll free telephone number is provided for support 1-800-240-7113. Online training sessions are geared towards client’s needs and level of task management. A Remote screen sharing connection is used for internet support. This product can be downloaded over the internet. It is like having us right there whenever you need us. You may also select on Annual Update option which keeps your QuikWater software current and error free. When your staff contacts our office they will be greeted by a real, live person, not some automated voicemail system for you to leave a message with. Our software updates are focused on the product needs of our clients; we are frequently making improvements and enhancements to our applications making sure extensive testing is completed before the updates are released. Updates are downloaded into QuikWater, by one click from the Help dropdown. All modifications are recorded in each application’s version log so our users have an up-to-date list of any and all changes, enhancements, report additions, and improvements. Training All training and installation assisted calls are included in the prices quoted. There are no hourly, per call, or hidden training fees. This includes the period of time of initial setup, conversion period, learning curve, and training on new features, verification of converted data, implementing proper practices within the software to meet your company’s needs. Our clients do not need to leave their environment and travel to facilities for training. This helps keep costs minimized by eliminating travel expenses. Online training also allows training sessions to be broken up into smaller blocks of time that are more convenient for your staff. If your utility decides to have onsite training, this can easily be accommodated. Travel expenses will apply (see specifics on quote). All training labor and installation is still included in the purchase price. No additional fees will apply. Additional individual on-line training, as in the case of training new office personnel, is also included with our support contract. We understand the challenges that come with turnover in staff.
